The 110mm Weathering Slate is designed to provide a watertight seal where soil or vent pipes pass through a tiled roof. This 457mm x 457mm zinc flashing with a flexible rubber insert ensures protection against water ingress while blending seamlessly with the roof profile. The slate is easily cut to fit pipe sizes and can be bent and shaped for a snug fit on any roof.
The durable aluminium base fits neatly underneath roof tiles, and the rubber adaptor forms a secure seal around the pipe, preventing water from entering your home through the soil stack.
