We offer several delivery options to meet your needs:
Standard Delivery: Typically delivered within 3-5 business days. This option is available for all orders over £50.
Click & Collect: You can also choose to collect your order from our Trade Counter locations in Bristol and Clevedon. Simply select this option at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery through our courier’s website.
Inspection on Delivery: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage or discrepancies, please contact us within 48 hours to resolve the issue.
Signature Requirement: All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. If you are unavailable, the courier may leave a card for you to arrange re-delivery.
Failed Deliveries: In the event of a failed delivery due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability, additional charges may apply for redelivery.
